Big enough to fill a large islander, feed 2 average sized islanders or a papa'a family of 4, the meat was moist and tender, the minaise was like mama used to make and the mushroom sauce was the icing on the cake.. The steak and mushroom after the first mouthfull took me back to the early 2000s,hungover after spending the night at the BC and still getting up early enough to not miss out on the steak and mushroom from the punaganui. Incredible! Hands down best tasting, authentic "island" food ive had since moving here. I cant wait to come back earlier this time and get banana poke.
